James Floyd Skinner 
James Floyd was born on October 19th, 1909 in Morrilton, Conway Co, AR. James Floyd's father was James William Skinner and his mother was Fannie Bell Staggs. His paternal grandparents were Finis Hugh Skinner and Mary L. Cary. He had a brother and a sister, named Raymond Franklin and Mildred Irene. He died at the age of 54 on December 21st, 1963 in El Paso, El Pase Co, TX.General Notes
