Stephen Skaggs

Stephen was born in 1764. Stephen's father was James Skaggs and his mother was Mary. His paternal grandparents were James Skaggs and Rachel Susannah Moredock. He had three brothers and a sister, named Squire, Henry, James and Rachel. He was the third oldest of the five children.
