Stanley Skaggs 
Stanley was born on February 26th, 1919 in Taylor County, Kentucky. Stanley's father was Henry Elliott Skaggs and his mother was Ivy 'Ava' Joy Green Pierce. His maternal grandparents were William Monroe 'Rowe' Pierce and Mary Atwood Warren. He had three brothers and two sisters, named William Edgar, Joe Everett, Hobert W., Katie J. and Mary Hazel. He died at the age of 38 on December 4th, 1957 in Taylor County, Kentucky.-
