Jane Skaggs

Jane was born in 1844 in Green Co., KY. Jane's father was Henry C. Skaggs and her mother was Jane Underwood. Her maternal grandparents were Hiram Underwood and Celia Buley. She had three sisters named Nancy, Celia and Polly A.. She was the second oldest of the four children. She had a half-brother and four half-sisters, named John F., Matilda J., Mary Louise, Martha and Arabella.
