Emma Ann Skaggs

Emma Ann was born on June 23rd, 1876.¹ Emma Ann's father was Pinkney Graham Skaggs and her mother was Mariah Jane Pruitt. Her paternal grandparents were Jesse Skaggs and Elizabeth Combs. She had a brother and four sisters, named William H., Julia C., Helen M., Sarah Ann and Alice.
