Celia Skaggs

Celia was born in November 1855 in Taylor Co., KY. Celia's father was John Tyler Skaggs and her mother was Mary Jane Underwood. Her maternal grandparents were Hiram Underwood and Celia Buley. She had three brothers and three sisters, named Charles A., Lewis Byron, John Hamilton, Nancy Jane, Susan Elizabeth and Mary. She had a half-brother and a half-sister, named James Isaac and Elizabeth. She died in 1855.
