John Sirles 
John was born on June 4th, 1829 in Grayson Co, KY and his baptism took place in Census 1850. John's father was Joseph Sirles and his mother was Martha Roberts. His maternal grandparents were Charles Roberts and Frances Langston. He had a brother and six sisters, named Allen, Lucinda, Mary, Frances, Eleanor, Martha and Pharaba. He was the youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 52 on December 25th, 1881 in Spencer Co, IN. He was buried in Christian Church Cemetery, Gentryville, Spencer Co, IN.General Notes
