Litton John Simmons 
Litton John was born on November 8th, 1913 in Winesap, Bledsoe Co, TN. Litton John's father was Fredrick Moulton Simmons and his mother was Ida Jane Swallows. His paternal grandparents were Rev. Simon Dillard Simmons and Mary Lucinda Lawson. He had two sisters named Mattie Evelyn and Blanche S.. He was the oldest of the three children. He died at the age of 60 on March 20th, 1974 in Dalton, Madison Co, GA. He was buried in Long Cemetery, Van Buren Co, TN.General Notes
