Daniel D. Simmons 
Daniel D. was born on December 7th, 1956. Daniel D.'s father was Lewis Dawson Simmons and his mother was Thelma Maureen Lewis. His paternal grandparents were Hubert Samuel Simmons and Mae M. Mooneyham. He had a brother named Anthony. He was the younger of the two children. He died at the age of 29 on May 31st, 1986.General Notes
