Maurice Alton was born on September 6th, 1916 in Rule, Haskell Co, Texas. Maurice Alton's father was Harold Milton Scruggs and his mother was Eula Iva Baugh. His paternal grandparents were Benjamin Franklin Scruggs and Carrie Boynton. He had a brother named Joseph Harold. He was the older of the two children. He died at the age of 82 on April 9th, 1999. He was buried on April 12th, 1999.-
