Hugh Kenneth was born on March 17th, 1914 in Warrick Co, IN and his baptism took place in Census 1930. Hugh Kenneth's father was John F. Scott and his mother was Emma Effie Simpson. His maternal grandparents were William Washington Simpson and Sarah Harris. He had three sisters named Esther Marie, Mildred Janive and Elizabeth Sunbeam. He was the youngest of the four children.
