Norval O. Scarbrough 
Norval O. was born on April 4th, 1912 in Cumberland Co, TN and her baptism took place in Census 1920. Norval O.'s father was Elijah N. Scarbrough and her mother was Nancy H. Simmons. Her maternal grandparents were Drury Simmons and Emma Seales. She had a brother and a sister, named Nolan Fred and Ova D.. She was the second oldest of the three children. She died at the age of 27 on February 15th, 1940. She was buried in Lonewood Cemetery, TN.General Notes
