Anna Frances was born on November 21st, 1927 in Warren Co, TN. Anna Frances' father was William 'Willie' Davidson Rogers and her mother was Ethel Baker. Her maternal grandparents were Joseph Harding Baker and Eveline Mills. She had a brother and a sister, named Willie Joe and Evelyn Yvonna. She died at the age of 75 on August 25th, 2003 in Cookeville, Putnam Co, TN. She was buried on August 28th, 2003 in Town Cemetery, Spencer, Van Buren Co, TN.General Notes
