Woodson Roberts

Woodson was born in 1810 in Surry County, North Carolina.¹ Woodson's father was Pleasant B Roberts and his mother was UNKNOWN Mary. His paternal grandparents were John Roberts and UNKNOWN Elizabeth. He had a brother and four sisters, named Thomas, Kesiah, Mary, Elizabeth Jane and Nancy. He was the second oldest of the six children.
