William Roberts 
William was born in 1792 in Orange Co, NC and his baptism took place in Children Fact.1 William's father was William Roberts and his mother was Lucy Jane Umstead. His paternal grandparents were Charles Roberts and Mary Langston. He had seven brothers and three sisters, named Charles, Willis B., Richard, Elisha, Jacob, John W., David, Mahala, Winnifred and Daughter. He died at the age of 49 in 1841.1 General Notes
