William Roberts 
William was born in 1857 in Cannon Co, TN.1 William's father was Thomas J. Roberts and his mother was Eliza Unknown. His paternal grandparents were Cyrus S. Roberts and Elizabeth Unknown. He had two brothers and four sisters, named John, James, Mary, Milbrey 'Milberry' J., Martha and Minerva. He was the third youngest of the seven children. He had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Joseph Leigh, Elizabeth M. and Minnie. He died at the age of 13 in 1870.1 General Notes
