Newton Roberts 
Newton was born in 1850 in Stewart Co, TN and his baptism took place in Census 1860. Newton's father was Ryland Roberts and his mother was Martha Jane Keel. His paternal grandparents were William Roberts and Elizabeth Unknown. He had three sisters named Sarah Jane, Mary and Nancy. He was the oldest of the four children.General Notes
