Jasper Roberts 
Jasper was born in May 1881 in Granville Co, NC.1 Jasper's father was Edward P. Roberts and his mother was Frances Forsyth. His paternal grandparents were George Pygram Roberts and Ailcy Jones. He had seven brothers and five sisters, named McKenzie, William Tilden, Thadius, James B., John E., Vasser Floyd, Lonnie Smith, Nancy, Leana, Lula Belle, Emma R. and Infant Daughter. He was the sixth oldest of the thirteen children.1 General Notes
