Howell Parks was born on September 3rd, 1900 in Orange Co, NC.1 Howell Parks' father was Thomas E. Roberts and his mother was Edna Rae Wilson. His paternal grandparents were James H. Roberts and Jane Carrington. He had four brothers named Bryan Nazer, Hubert W., Infant and Marion Butler. He was the second oldest of the five children. He had four half-brothers and three half-sisters, named James W., Thomas Gattis 'Gad', William E., John W., Mary Jane, Julia A. and Cora Sue. He died at the age of 80 on July 30th, 1981 in Durham, Durham Co, NC.1 General Notes
