George W. was born in 1815 in Caswell Co, NC.1 George W.'s father was George W. Roberts and his mother was Elizabeth Warren. His paternal grandparents were Thomas Roberts and Winnifred Busby. He had a brother and two sisters, named John, Daughter and Daughter. He was the oldest of the four children.1 General Notes
