Fletcher Henderson Roberts 
Fletcher Henderson was born on November 16th, 1892 in Stoneville, Rockingham Co, NC. Fletcher Henderson's father was Adolphus Douglas Roberts and his mother was Mary Jane Green. His paternal grandparents were James Dutch Roberts and Nancy Jane Sneed. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Willie Boyd, Shields Smith, Harvey, Edna Clarence, Sallie B. and Elizabeth 'Lizzie' Gray. He was the third youngest of the seven children. He had a half-brother and two half-sisters, named Adolphus Douglas, Annie Mae and Hazel. He died at the age of 72 on February 4th, 1965 in Hendersonville, Henderson Co, NC. He was buried on February 6th, 1965 in Shepherd Memorial Park Cemetery, Hendersonville, Henderson Co, NC.General Notes
