William Spencer Rhew 
William Spencer was born on March 6th, 1927 in NC and his baptism took place in Census 1930. William Spencer's father was Edgar D. Rhew and his mother was Mary E. Hicks. His paternal grandparents were Junius James Rhew and Belle Clark. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Walter E. 'Jack', Paul Grayson, James Irvin, Geneva, Davie Marie and Violet Irene. He died at the age of 66 on August 27th, 1993 in Durham, Durham Co, NC.General Notes
