Effie M. Rhew 
Effie M. was born in 1878 in Person Co, NC and her baptism took place in Census 1880. Effie M.'s father was James Simpson Rhew and her mother was Frances 'France' Taylor Clayton. Her paternal grandparents were John Ruffin Rhew and Susan Roberts. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Edward Fuller, Daniel Ruffin, Sallie Ann, Sudie, Susan Elizabeth and Polly Wood. She was the fourth oldest of the seven children.General Notes
