David Thomas Rhew 
David Thomas was born on July 24th, 1879 in KY. David Thomas' father was Jessie Thomas Rhew and his mother was Sarah F. Chandler. His paternal grandparents were John Ruffin Rhew and Susan Roberts. He had four brothers and four sisters, named William Newton, James Edward, Harrison Joshua, Jessie George H., Susie Francis, Mary Elizabeth, Hattie Ann Harriet and Ida Jane.
