David Leon Rhew 
David Leon was born on June 3rd, 1955. David Leon's father was James Ed Rhew and his mother was Lois Crouch. His paternal grandparents were Jessie George H. Rhew and Mary Ann Masterson. He was an only child. He died at the age of 46 on September 3rd, 2001 in Eau Claire, Berrien Co, MI.General Notes
