Billy Charles Rhew 
Billy Charles was born on December 1st, 1926 in Alamance Co, NC and his baptism took place in Census 1930. Billy Charles' father was Joseph Isaac 'Ike' Rhew and his mother was Emma Hopkins. His paternal grandparents were Junius James Rhew and Belle Clark. He had a brother and a sister, named Clarence Junius and Kathleen Helen. He was the youngest of the three children. He died at the age of 53 on March 1st, 1980 in Randolph Co, NC.General Notes
