Benjamin 'Ben' Rashland was born on January 29th, 1894 in Hopkins Co, KY and his baptism took place in Census 1930. Benjamin 'Ben' Rashland's father was Robert Thomas Rhew and his mother was Naomi Unknown. His paternal grandparents were William N. 'Billy' Rhew and Celestia Jane Clayton. He had three brothers and six sisters, named Robert L., Eddie Marshal, Levrie, Callie, Gertie, Verna, Lessie M., Gracie and Versa P.. He was the fifth oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 86 on March 12th, 1980 in Madisonville, Hopkins Co, KY.General Notes
