Joseph Emanuel was born on December 25th, 1875 in Collinsville, Grayson Co, TX. Joseph Emanuel's father was Charles Montgomery Plumlee and his mother was Sarah Jane Elkins. His paternal grandparents were Joel Plumlee Sr. and Rachel Simmons. He was an only child. He died at the age of 83 on November 24th, 1959 in Seminole, Seminole Co, OK.General Notes
