Parthulia "Thula" Philips 
Parthulia "Thula" was born about 1856 in Kentucky. Parthulia "Thula"'s father was William M. Philips\Phips\Fipps and her mother was Bethany Ramsey. Her maternal grandparents were Alexander Ramsey and Bethany Phillips. She had a brother and two sisters, named William M., Martha E. and Margaret J.. She was the oldest of the four children.General Notes
