Bernard Shab Pergerson 
Bernard Shab was born on May 10th, 1911 in NC. Bernard Shab's father was William Robert Pergerson and his mother was Susan Ann Painter. His maternal grandparents were William 'Bill' J. Painter and Mary Elizabeth 'Mollie Bet' Yarbrough. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Jasper Jennings, William Henry, Bettie Lue and Rosa Lee. He was the second oldest of the five children. He died due to Auto Accident at the age of 61 on April 27th, 1973 in Durham, Durham Co, NC. He was buried on April 29th, 1973 in Fair View Cemetery, Franklinton, Franklin Co, NC.General Notes
