Richard R. Pepper 
Richard R. was born in November 1891. Richard R.'s father was Aylett N. Pepper and his mother was Emeline Etherton. His paternal grandparents were Albert A. Pepper and Mary M. Ford. He had four brothers and six sisters, named Thomas B., William H., Sidney, Clarence, Ellen, Ermine E., Flora B., Mary A., Cronny and Lara. He was the fifth youngest of the eleven children.
