Thomas Oscar Payne 
Thomas Oscar was born on July 3rd, 1915.1 Thomas Oscar's father was Thomas Oscar Payne and his mother was Myrtle Ellen Roberts. His maternal grandparents were Richard Polk Roberts and Mary Leola Sewell. He had two brothers named Claude and Frank. He died at the age of 81 on May 11th, 1997.1 General Notes
