Charlotte Parker 
Charlotte was born about 1812 in Tennessee, or, Franklin County, Virginia.1 Charlotte's father was Joel Simmons and her mother was Barsheba Simmons. Her paternal grandparents were Charles Simmons and Frances Mary Simmons. She had a brother and three sisters, named Andrew, Catherine, Paralee and Harriet. She was the second oldest of the five children. She died after 1870.1 -
