Addis Parish 
Addis was born in 1916 in Carroll Co, TN and his baptism took place in Census 1930. Addis' father was William Claiborn Parish and his mother was Laura Elizabeth Butler. His paternal grandparents were William Thomas Parish and Elizabeth Paralee Hall. He had four brothers and two sisters, named William Lester, Henry Lewis, Cecil, Winifred, Willa and Marie.General Notes
