His maternal grandparents were David GLAZE and Susannah NORMAN. He had four brothers and eight sisters, named David G., William Henry, Jabez, Thomas Glaze, Louisa, Julia Ann, Harriet, Susan E., Nancy, Delia, Mary A. and Tabitha Jane. He was the seventh oldest of the thirteen children. He died at the age of 64 on August 18th, 1897 in St. Marks, Meriwether Co., GA..-
