Julia Ann PAYTON 
Julia Ann was born on March 26th, 1855 in Carpentersville, Putnum Co., Indiana.1 Julia Ann's father was William PAYTON. Her paternal grandparents were Anthony PAYTON and Margaret WALLINGFORD. She had six brothers and eight sisters, named Anthony, Daniel, George W., John William, Charles Franklin, Harvey D., Margaret E., Sarah E., Mary Field, Emmaline Rhoda, Eveline, Martha J., Minnie Clay and Amanda Florence. She was the eighth oldest of the fifteen children. She died at the age of 86 on April 25th, 1941 in Iowa.2 -
