Isaac was born on February 26th, 1880 in Atkins, Pope Co., AR.1 Isaac's father was BARNEY ORINGTON ORR and his mother was MARY ANN DENNISON. His maternal grandparents were James A. Dennison and Cynthia Anderson. He had four brothers and five sisters, named James E, William Justice, John Wesley, Baby Boy, Alwilda Allie, Clara Belle, Lulu Elsie, Mary Julia and Sarah Elizabeth. He was the fifth youngest of the ten children. He died at the age of 90 on June 19th, 1970 in Winchester, Jefferson Co., KS.
