Irene Oakwood 
Irene's father was Charles John Oakwood and her mother was Nancy Elsie Simmons. Her maternal grandparents were Charles Taylor Simmons and Jane 'Jennie' Phifer. She had four brothers and three sisters, named Clay, Hooper, Lewis, Taylor, Mamie Emma, Rachel and Thelma.General Notes
