Julia Oakley 
Julia was born in 1894 in Granville Co, NC and her baptism took place in Census 1930. Julia's father was Andrew L. Oakley and her mother was Mary Unknown. Her paternal grandparents were Duncan Oakley and Caroline Roberts. She had two brothers and a sister, named Samuel, Tom and Kate. She was the youngest of the four children.General Notes
