James C was born on March 18th, 1858 in Taylor, KY, USA.1 James C's father was Thomas Nelson and his mother was Susan Childers. His maternal grandparents were James Childers and Mahala Scott. He had seven brothers and two sisters, named William, John Robert, Thomas Frank, George A, Wesley M, Harvey B, Edward Henry, Nancy and Mary E.. He was the second oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 80 on February 25th, 1939 in Clinton, Custer, OK, USA.1 -
