Robert was born about 1545 in Adderley, Shropshire, England. Robert's father was Thomas Needham and his mother was Anne Talbot. His maternal grandparents were John [Sir] Talbot Sheriff of Shropeshire and Margaret Troutbeck. He had two brothers and five sisters, named John, William, Margaret, Mary, Agnes, Joan and Anne. He was the oldest of the eight children. He died on December 18th, 1603 in Shavington, Shropshire, England.General Notes
