Edgar Lee Nance 
Edgar Lee was born on July 4th, 1891 in NC and his baptism took place in Census 1910. Edgar Lee's father was Archibald Harding Nance and his mother was Mattie Sue Young. His paternal grandparents were Fountaine Nance and Jemina Vincent Grant. He had five brothers and two sisters, named Thurston Wilcox, Clyde, Floyd Froid, Addison Tate, Jesse, Ora May and Ruth. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 89 on January 5th, 1981 in Asheboro, Randolph Co, NC.General Notes
