Martha was born in 1561 in Much Hadham, Hertfordshire, England.1 Martha's father was Clement Newce and her mother was Mary Davy or Damer or Dames. Her paternal grandparents were Thomas Newce and Susan or Isabelle or Elizabeth Henneage. She had five brothers and five sisters, named William, Clement, Thomas, Samuel, Bartholomew, Joan, Mary, Elizabeth, Sarah and Susan. She died at the age of 97 in 1658 in Hadham Magna, Hertfordshire, England.2 -
