Joseph Stanford Morgan 
Joseph Stanford was born on August 30th, 1884 in Orange Co, NC and his baptism took place in Draft Registration. Joseph Stanford's father was Isaac R. Morgan and his mother was Cora Jane Tilley. His maternal grandparents were Hinton Vance Tilley and Susan Ann Virginia Leigh. He had three brothers and three sisters, named James Alexander, Robert, Benjamin Cleveland, Mary, Lessie and Nellie. He was the oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 80 on October 26th, 1964 in Durham, Durham Co, NC. He was buried on October 27th, 1964 in Westwood Cemetery, Carrboro, Orange Co, NC.General Notes
