Oscar Mills 
Oscar was born on August 27th, 1881 in Pulaski County, Kentucky. Oscar's father was Tunstall Elliot (Tun) Mills and his mother was Mary Belle Colyer. His maternal grandparents were Lindsey Robert Colyer and Nancy Jane Richardson. He had two brothers and four sisters, named William Lindsey (Willie), Thompson Docie, Ella T., Sarah E. (Sallie), Betty Margaret and Addie Cleveland. He was the third oldest of the seven children. He died at the age of 77 on November 20th, 1958 in Danville, Boyle County, Kentucky.General Notes
