Effie Florence Miles 
Effie Florence was born on September 25th, 1892. Effie Florence's father was Samuel Dennis Miles and her mother was Susan Elizabeth Skaggs. Her maternal grandparents were John Tyler Skaggs and Mary Jane Underwood. She had five brothers and two sisters, named James Mason, John Eli, Albert Rufus, Edward Wood, Claudis Dewey, Sarah Augusta and Rosa Eula. She was the second youngest of the eight children. She died at the age of 60 on December 6th, 1952.-
