James Lafayette McLeroy 
James Lafayette was born in 1856 in Weakley Co, Tennessee, USA. James Lafayette's father was James McLeroy and his mother was Nancy Goldsby. His maternal grandparents were Stephen Goldsby and Deborah Akin. He had three brothers and four sisters, named Henry Decalvis, John William, Stephen Goldsby, Sarah Elizabeth, Mary Ann, Margaret Caroline and Martha Ellen. He was the third youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 73 on November 5th, 1929 in Center Point, Kerr Co, Texas, USA.General Notes
