Margaret Maxwell

Margaret was born about 1579 in Nithsdale, Dumfries, Scotland. Margaret's father was John Maxwell and her mother was Elizabeth Douglas. Her paternal grandparents were Robert Maxwell and Beatrice Douglas. She had a sister named Elizabeth. She was the older of the two children.
