John Lumley

John was born in 1479. John's father was Thomas Lumley (dvp 1487) and his mother was Elizabeth [illegitimate] Plantagenêt dau of Edward Plantagenet, King Edward IV of Engla. His paternal grandparents were George Lumley 3rd Lord, Sheriff of Northumberland and Elizabeth THORNTON dau of Roger Thornton of Newcastle. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Richard, George, Roger, Sibill, Anne and Elizabeth. He was the third oldest of the seven children.
