Charles Harvey was born on September 9th, 1895.1 Charles Harvey's father was Charles Ben Lumbert and his mother was Mary Alice Wells. His maternal grandparents were Isaac Kindred WELLS and Martha Ellen EASTIN. He had a brother named Ben L. He was the younger of the two children. He had two half-brothers and a half-sister, named Walter, Clarence and Lillie Melvina. He died at the age of 74 in January 1970 in , , Arkansas, USA.-
